How do I get the best results from Lipo Cavitation?





Maintaining a low calorie, low carbohydrate, low fat, and low sugar diet for 24 hours pre-treatment and three days post-treatment will help achieve the best results. This is to ensure your body utilizes the triglycerides (a type of body fat) released by the fat cavitation process.


It is essential to drink at least 2L of water in the days prior to and following your treatment. We also recommend that you avoid alcohol and caffeine at least 24 hours prior to and following your treatment. Please also avoid a heavy meal an hour before treatment.


Do a minimum of 20 minutes of elevated heart rate cardio exercise post-treatment. This is best to be done within 24 hours following treatment. This ensures that the stored energy released by the cavitation process is burnt off.


If cardio is not your style, this where infrared sauna sessions may assist, as it has a similar effect on the body. The infrared sauna also assists your body to flush toxins and has a whole host of other health benefits.



Are there any side effects?





The known side effects of lipo cavitation are minimal to none. For most people, the treatment is painless and doesn’t require any recovery time. After lipo cavitation treatment, bruising or redness of the skin may be noticeable within the first few hours. The amount of total cm lost per treatment vary anything from 1cm to 18cm – every client is different and it depends on their individual body composition



Who should NOT do Lipo Cavitation treatments?





You are NOT a good candidate if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have large metal implants near the treatment area, or if you have any serious medical condition such as uncontrolled diabetes or high blood pressure, heart disease, liver or kidney failure, epilepsy, HIV/AIDS, pacemaker or other electronic devices. How many times a week should I do Lipo Cavitation treatments?
